Outsource training wil be holding a series of free breakfast seminars for employers in the logistics industry. They are aimed at organisations who want to use the apprenticeship levy to benefit their business.

- Hear how the apprenticeship levy can support and provide business solutions to your workforce planning and people development strategy
- Understand how to use the levy to enable talent and succession planning, widening diversity, up-skilling the existing workforce and bridging skills gaps
- Explore new standards and frameworks
The seminars will be led by Nichola Hay, Director of Outsource Training. Nichola has worked in the training industry for over 20 years and co-founded Outsource Training in 2008. With extensive experience in the sector and a widely respected reputation, Nichola works with an impressive list of key account customers such as British Airways, Virgin, DHL Logistics, Kuehne & Nagel, Gist, Schenker and Panalpina to name a few.
Also hear from industry guest speaker Carl Hobbis, BIFA who will be talking about the new International Freight Forwarders apprenticeship standard.
